DISTILLATION PROCESS: Distilled with the same gluten-free, corn-base as our Vodka, this Gin lets the botanicals do the work without being overpowering in any direction. By using a botanical basket we allow the vapors to flow through to extract the most essential flavor of the botanicals. A process called post maceration drives the color from the butterfly pea flower into the spirit, creating a vibrant purple that then reacts with the addition of citrus or tonic water to become lavender or pale pink.
