TASTING NOTES: The nose leads with both a floral and citrus note that is then overtaken by the piney scent notorious of the juniper berry. With such intense aroma, it comes as a surprise that the first sip is light bodied and delightful with well-balanced flavor. The spice of the coriander falls in the midway through before being bound together by both Orris Root and Angelica. This Gin has a smooth sweet finish without running dry.
DISTILLATION PROCESS: Distilled with the same gluten free, corn-base as our Vodka, this Gin lets the botanicals do the work without being overpowering in any direction. A botanical basket is used in order to allow the vapors to flow through to attain the most flavor possible.
